I entered the real estate business in 1999, before online listing services became commonplace. In those early years, clients faxed forms and mailed listing paperwork to us. As the Internet changed how people bought, sold and rented property, owners became increasingly able to manage showings, communicate directly and negotiate their own transactions. They still needed a licensed brokerage, however, to place their property in the MLS.

I founded Select Premium Properties to provide that professional MLS access through a clear, affordable flat rate listing alternative. More than 25 years later, the process is now 100% online, but our purpose remains the same: professional MLS listings, extensive website exposure and responsive client support.
